Hiện nay, có những chương trình phiên dịch mang tính chất huấn luyện đào tạo, nhằm giúp những phiên dịch viên mới vào nghề có nhiều có hội cọ xát, rèn luyện bản thân và được gọi là phiên dịch huấn luyện ( phiên dịch training ).
Mục đích của những chương trình này chủ yếu là hỗ trợ người dịch có thêm kinh nghiệm nên không áp lực nhiều như các hình thức khác. Tuy nhiên, đây cũng là cơ hội cho các phiên dịch viên mới bước vào nghề thể hiện năng lực bản thân vì thế phiên dịch viên cần tỏ thái độ nghiêm túc, tinh thần ham học hỏi trong lúc làm việc.

The aim of this type is mainly to support beginners to gain more experiences, so it is often not as stressful as other types. However, this is also a chance for beginning interpreters to show the world who they are and their ability, so interpreters must be serious when working and always yearn for more knowledge.
